About us
Pulat Estates was set up in London on a simple idea: that an estate agent should value your property honestly, work it with real attention, and treat both buyer and seller, landlord and tenant, with the same care.
We deliberately keep our books smaller than the high-street chains. Every instruction is led personally by a senior member of the team, and you'll deal with the same person from the first valuation to the last set of keys.
We tell you what your property is worth, not what you want to hear. Every figure we give is grounded in comparable evidence we'll happily walk you through.
Whoever signs you up is the same person you'll deal with at completion. No handing you off to junior negotiators after the valuation.
Gas safety, EICR, EPC, deposit protection — done correctly and on time. Cutting corners costs landlords and tenants. We don't.
Phone, email or WhatsApp during office hours and we'll respond the same working day. For tenants under our management, there's a 24/7 emergency line.
The team
Below is the senior team behind Pulat Estates. Each of us has been working in London property for over a decade, and the same person who values your home is the one who'll see it through to completion.
