Frequently asked questions

Every applicant is referenced through a regulated provider — credit history, employment confirmation, previous landlord reference and right-to-rent. We don't accept tenants who fail any of these without your explicit written consent.
Whichever you'd prefer. On a fully-managed or Guaranteed Rent agreement, we handle gas safety certificates, EICR, EPC, smoke and CO alarms, deposit protection — everything that the law requires of a landlord. On let-only we'll flag what's needed and you arrange it.
Well-presented London property in line with the market typically lets in 2–3 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline at valuation based on your specific area and property type.
Our setup fee covers professional photography, marketing, referencing, AST drafting and the move-in inventory. We'll quote it transparently before you sign.

Looking for full management?

Most landlords who let with us choose to add full management. The marginal cost is small; the time saved is substantial.
